Your consultation and 3D scan happen separately, so treatment is fully planned before surgery. A fixed provisional arch may be fitted on surgery day, followed by the final custom arch after healing.

A CT scan maps your jawbone and nerves so implant positions can be planned in detail before your surgery day is booked.

Extractions & implant placement
Remaining teeth are removed if needed, and titanium posts are placed per arch under anaesthetic, with sedation options available.
- 03Surgery day — afternoon
Provisional arch attached, same day
A full, fixed set of temporary teeth is secured to the implants — you leave that appointment with a fixed smile.
- 04After healing
Final custom arch fitted
Once healing is complete, your provisional arch is replaced with your final custom-made teeth.
